Mark and James went for the matador look for there collection, it was a mix between a sophisticated women and a glammed out bull fighter. Extravagant bullion-embroidered gowns sequined in gold or pale blue and richly embellished sheer insets dazzled. While embellished brocade jackets, a few red and black plaid looks, gray alpaca overcoat, and elegant red cashmere wrap were of the other major looks.
The evolution of Diesel continues with the very edgy very rock n roll fall 2015 collection. The challenge is to renew it each season after season for a refreshed styling feel. Photographer Peter Lindbergh help give him inspiration for this collection with pictures of famous and beautiful women were gathered together in a 2013 book and, more recently, at a Gagosian Gallery show in Paris. He went for a shades-of-black palette for his color theme, biker jacket, parkas, chunky knit, lace-edged slip, and cropped pants with quilted jackets or boyfriend blazers completed the lineup.
The woman is known for her elegant wedding gowns, but on her 2015 fall runway she showed a different kind of look but not far from her style. She stated that it was a reflection of how she lives and dress, so there is a bit of relaxation and plenty of tailoring. The lineup included classic men’s tailoring with traditionally feminine pieces; asymmetric draped sleeves, cascades of graphic black and white flower, crepe bustier top, oversize trousers, and vinyl outerwear pieces. All together the collection was very much relaxed and chic something I would expect from Vera.
